Terms and conditions
The Prize Draw is open to dog owners who are residents of the UK and ROI except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
To enter the competition, you must live in the UK or ROI, be a dog owner (no point winning a years supply of dog shampoo if you’re not) and provide us with your own working email address. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to allow us to send you promotional emails that you will have the option to opt out of at any time.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted.
There is no set closing date for the prize draw a lucky winner will be picked for every 1000 entrants. ScruffyChops Ltd have the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice.
Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
The prizes for the Years supply competition include 12 x 250ml ScruffyChops dog shampoo and 4 x 250ml ScruffyChops dog conditioner. We reserve the right to choose which fragrances to allocate for the prize winners.
The winners will be picked at random from each 1000 entries received and announced shortly after the draw. In the event of any dispute the decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Winners will be notified by email. The Winners must claim their prize within two (2) days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
The Winners details (name and county) will be made available on request within 10 weeks of each draw.
The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
The prizes are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or resold on to another party.
By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
As concerns UK residents these Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns ROI residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
